摘要:

后发性白内障(posterior capsular opacification,PCO)是晶状体囊外摘除术后的常见并发症,其形成的主要原因是晶状体上皮细胞(lens epithelial cells,LEC)的增生、迁移、上皮-间质转化(epithelial-to-mesenehymal transition,EMT)、细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)沉积等。多种信号通路如TGF-β/Smads信号传导通路、PI3K/AKT信号通路、MAPK信号通路、Wnt信号通路、整合素信号通路、NF-κB信号通路、Rho/Rock信号通路等在维持LEC的生物学行为中起重要作用,参与了PCO的发生与发展,是现今研究的热点。本文主要对各种信号通路与PCO的关系进行综述,探讨PCO的相关发病机制,为PCO的防治提供新的研究思路。

Abstract:

Posterior capsular opacification (PCO) is the most common complication of cataract surgery. The main reason of PCO is that the lens epithelia cells (LEC) proliferation, migration, epithelial-to-mesenehymal transition, and extracellular matrix deposits, etc. Many signaling pathways such as TGF-β/Smads signaling pathway, PI3K/AKT signaling pathway, MAPK signaling pathway, Wnt signaling pathway, integrins signaling pathway, NF-κB signaling pathway, Rho/Rock signaling pathway play the important roles in maintaining the biological behavior of LEC related to PCO and become a hot topic nowadays. This paper mainly summarized the relationship of signaling pathways and PCO. It is important to explore the pathogenesis of PCO, which offers a new research idea for prevention of PCO.
